Your information is stored on secure servers owned by a company called Mailchimp which is one of the leading mail clients. The procedures are highly secure and only Mr Paul Crotty, HPC IT Manager has access to it, using 2 factor authentication to access the database and email design facilities.

We will hold your data until you decide that you no longer wish to receive information from Harlestone Parish Council.

However if email sent by use repeatedly ‘bounces’ as undelivered the Mailchimp system automatically deletes your record.


We try to keep our website secure. We cannot be responsible for any loss or unauthorised interception of information transmitted via the internet which is beyond our control.
