WHERE IS THE INFORMATION STORED
Your information is stored on secure servers owned by a company called Mailchimp which is one of the leading mail clients. The procedures are highly secure and only Mr Paul Crotty, HPC IT Manager has access to it, using 2 factor authentication to access the database and email design facilities.
USING YOUR INFORMATION
To send you information about the activities of Harlestone Parish Council via email.
To contact you about specific activities of Harlestone Parish Council or in response to an issue that you have raised. We will not share or sell your information with any 3rd parties under any circumstances.
HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
We will hold your data until you decide that you no longer wish to receive information from Harlestone Parish Council.
However if email sent by use repeatedly ‘bounces’ as undelivered the Mailchimp system automatically deletes your record.
OUR WEBSITE
We try to keep our website secure. However, you recognise when providing your information to us through our website or when you send us or ask us to send you any of your confidential information by email, that the internet and email communications over the internet may not be secure. We cannot be responsible for any loss or unauthorised interception of information transmitted via the internet which is beyond our control.
Our website may contain links to other websites outside of our group. Our privacy policy only applies to our website. We are not responsible for the content, privacy or security of other websites.

At the moment we do not have any persistent cookies associated with our website that gather any data about you.
